When you receive an NDIS plan you can choose how you would like to manage your finances. There are four options:

 

  • Self Managed: you are responsible for uploading invoices and tracking the budget.
  • Agency Managed: The NDIA manages your payments and connects you with NDIS registered providers.
  • Plan Managed: The plan manager pays your invoices and offers support with the NDIS process.
  • A mix and match of all! The NDIS is all about supporting choice, so you can have a combination of all these options if you would like.
Plan Managers organise the financial side of your plan by arranging the payment of invoices from your providers.
All plan managers are registered with the NDIS and have a history in bookkeeping or accounting. We pay your invoices to your providers on your behalf and help manage your budget, so you have more time to live life!
A plan manager takes care of all the financial administration for you. Not only does this save you time, but we can help you make the most of your plan. We know the NDIS from the inside out so can answer any questions you may have and guide you through the process.
The best part about plan management is it is at no extra cost for you! Every NDIS plan can include Improved Life Choices in the budget, in addition to your other budgets.
To get ‘Improved Life Choices’ included in your plan, you must request this at a planning meeting or review with your Local Area Coordinator or the NDIS. If you already have a plan and want to add Improved Life Choices, you must contact the NDIS and request a review.
To change to a plan manager, you will need to contact your NDIA planner or Local Area Coordinator and request a soft touch review to change your plan.

Yes, it is your choice! You can change plan manager at any time, but make sure to read your service agreement to find out how much notice you need to provide.
Yes! We send out a monthly report with your balance and all the invoices which have been paid. If you have any questions about the report or would like an update, you can call us at any time. You can also login to the NDIS portal to see your balance.
We are NDIS experts! We stay up to date with all the latest information from the NDIS and can let you know what you can and cannot claim. Just give us a call if you have any questions!
We will chat with you about your plan and the best way to use it. Then all you need to do is choose the service providers you would like to use, ask them to send the invoices to us and we will do the rest!
We can help connect you with providers to suit your needs. We will be in contact with them to receive all the information we need to pay their invoices. You can change providers at any time. We will check in with you every now and then to make sure you are happy with your providers; otherwise, you can call us at any time!

We have the details of all the services you have approved and only pay these invoices. We will always contact you if we receive an invoice which does not fit your instructions.

We aim to promptly pay your providers within seven business days of receiving the invoice to ensure your budgets are always up to date.
You have choice and control over your plan! We will only pay invoices from providers you ask us to.
